Eligibility: Every guest can participate in the Golden Ball Campaign. Players can choose between an immediate prize win or entry into the grand prize raffle.

Combinable Offers: The Golden Ball Campaign can be combined with other offers, including community discounts, credit card promotions, and similar ongoing campaigns.

Prize Limits: There is no limit on the number of prizes a guest can win; multiple wins are allowed.

Prize Collection: Instant prize winners must collect their prize on the same day after receiving the Golden Ball.

Grand Prize Raffle Entry: To enter the grand prize raffle, players must exchange their Golden Ball for a raffle ticket, write their name on the ticket, and drop it in the lucky draw box. The grand prize winner will be revealed on January 5, 2025, via Topgolf Thailand’s Facebook page. The grand prize must be claimed within 14 days of the announcement. If unclaimed, it will be forfeited and no longer available.

Non-Transferability of Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Topgolf reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances require.

Disqualification for Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the campaign’s legitimate operation, including fraudulent behavior or rule violations, will result in immediate disqualification. Topgolf reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Modification and Termination of Campaign: Topgolf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, including in cases of technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances. Topgolf will not be liable for any losses resulting from such changes.

Limitation of Liability for Technical Issues: Topgolf is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or interruptions that may prevent participation or result in lost or misdirected entries.

Right to Exclude Participants: Topgolf reserves the right to exclude any participant from the promotion without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.

Liability Waiver: By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Topgolf, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or injuries, including special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Topgolf, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from their participation in the campaign or any breach of these terms.

Publicity Consent: Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Topgolf to use the winner’s name, photo, image, voice, and/or likeness for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and other purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data Protection: By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to Topgolf’s Data Protection Policy as available at www.topgolfthailand.com.

No Warranty on Prizes: Topgolf makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, condition, or performance of any prizes. Any issues with the prize must be resolved directly with the provider or manufacturer. Topgolf assumes no liability for the use, performance, or satisfaction of the prizes.
