WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor leads each working shift to provide top-class services to all Guests; from the time they are seated until they leave the outlet. Whether it is in our bay, sports bar, rooftop bar or any of the other outlets, you play an integral role in ensuring our Guests have exceptional experiences.
HOW YOU’LL DO IT:
- Lead, manage and operate the team in each working shift
- Warmly welcome each Guest
- Recommend/suggest Guests to select food and beverages by presenting the menu; explaining the chef’s specialties; identifying appropriate beverage selections; and answering food preparation questions
- Anticipate Guests’ service needs, including asking questions of Guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to Guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible
- Respond effectively to Guest problems and complaints
- Take pride in providing our food & beverage services at Topgolf’s high standards
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other Team Members
- Promote Food & Beverage sales, seasonal promotions, and ensure upselling
- Follow Topgolf and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least three years of experience in restaurant services
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading) and fluent in Thai
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays
- Ability to lead a team
