• Participants must meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined above.
• To win a prize, participants must successfully achieve a “Hole-in-One” by hitting the golf ball into the center hole of the target. The Hole-in-One is considered successful upon microchip verification and confirmation by Topgolf staff that the player is a registered participant with accurate information matching the golf ball used.
• Upon achieving a Hole-in-One, players must claim and notify staff for verification within the bay rental period. Claims made after the player’s active playing time, discovery of the golf ball in the center hole after gameplay, or after closing time will not be considered successful.
• Upon claim submission, Topgolf staff will promptly verify the results, and the claimant will be confirmed as a winner only upon validation by Topgolf staff.
• Topgolf reserves the right to award prizes to participants who provide valid identity confirmation documents (e.g., Thai ID card or passport) with accurate and matching information registered in the system. Additional identity confirmation documents may be required at the discretion of Topgolf staff and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• In the event of power outages, system failures, or similar circumstances preventing the verification of Hole-in-One results, unverifiable claims will not be considered successful.
• Topgolf reserves the right to accept the final decision of its staff as conclusive, and participants and claimants cannot dispute this decision.
• Topgolf, as the sole authority, reserves the right to cancel a winner’s entitlement to receive the prize in cases of suspected fraudulent behavior or legal violations, or if the winner fails to comply with the terms and conditions.

• Customers acknowledge that this is a promotional sales activity where participants have the opportunity to win prizes without additional charges (except for our standard bay rental fees for regular play). In this regard, customers agree that Topgolf has the right to cancel or modify terms, conditions, prize details, or any other information related to this activity at any time, with or without reason, without prior notice.
• Customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Customers also acknowledge and agree to comply with the rules, regulations, and conditions stated herein, including any future changes or modifications. Topgolf may change or cancel any terms and conditions at its discretion.
• Customers acknowledge that Topgolf, including its affiliated companies and contractors, may collect, gather, use, disclose, transfer, or process all personal information provided by customers to Topgolf. This includes names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, bank account information, or any other information for the purposes of this activity. Additionally, customers agree to sign any documents as required by Topgolf. Topgolf will retain personal information for the duration of this activity and for an additional five (5) years thereafter (or longer as required by law or specified). In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), customers (as participants and/or winners) also agree to participate in Topgolf’s marketing activities related to this event. In doing so, Topgolf has the right to use and publish photographs, audio, video, interviews, and the names of participants and winners (solely and exclusively the property of Topgolf) in advertisements, campaigns, public relations, marketing media, or other related media without compensation.
